Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

All items are generally made to fit slightly oversized depending on style. Please note, if you wish to style your items in more of a true to size fit or tight fit, select a size down. 

At Sacred BK, every piece is created with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at Support@SacredBK.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.

If you believe there was a mistake with your order (wrong item, missing item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.

• We cannot accept returns due to sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
